• All items are sold in "as-is" condition. We strongly recommend that you inspect all items thoroughly before completing your purchase.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
• Pickup and Delivery: It is your responsibility to pick up or arrange for delivery of your items within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Dawson Furniture Clearance staff may facilitate a third party delivery quote, but are not responsible for ensuring delivery.
• Storage Fees: A storage fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be charged per day for any items not picked up after the 10-day period. Day one starts on the day of purchase.
• Loss or Damage: After 10 days, Dawson Furniture Clearance is not responsible for the condition or location of your purchased items.
